Meet Jackson Milsapp
Attorney
Bio
Jackson Milsapp was born and raised in Sneads, Florida — a small town that shaped both his character and his calling. Growing up in a tight-knit community, Jackson witnessed firsthand the devastation that tragic automobile accidents can leave behind. For a period of years, it seemed as though no family in his hometown was untouched. Those losses were not abstract to him. They were neighbors, classmates, and friends — and they left families with nowhere to turn and no one in their corner. That reality planted the seed for everything that followed.
After graduating from Sneads High School in 2019, Jackson enrolled at Florida State University — following in the footsteps of his mother, a fellow Seminole. He made the most of his time in Tallahassee, graduating a full year ahead of schedule with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Minor in History. During his time at FSU, Jackson was an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and immersed himself in campus life. In his junior year, he secured internships with both the Office of U.S. Congressman Neal Dunn and the Public Defender's Office for Florida's Fourteenth Judicial Circuit — early experiences that confirmed his path and sharpened his instincts for advocacy.
Jackson went on to attend Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he was among the youngest members of his class. He did not take that opportunity lightly. He earned the highest oral argument score in his class as a 1L, and was actively involved in Moot Court, Trial Advocacy, and the Board of Advocates — the organization responsible for overseeing the school's competitive trial and moot court programs. The capstone of his law school career came in his 3L year, when he and a fellow classmate captured the 2025 NTC Regional Championship, earning a berth at the National Competition in Houston, Texas.
Jackson passed the Florida Bar in July 2025 and joined Perry & Young shortly thereafter.
Outside the office, Jackson is an avid fisherman and bird hunter, a passionate Florida State fan, and someone who genuinely values the community he came from.
